1. I think to Aaron’s point, it makes sense for Cecil to put the chip in Mark’s head as a preventative measure. I think Cecil screwed up by using that device when Mark was basically just annoyed and dealing with other stuff. Cecil just pissed him off and showed that he put a weapon inside him. I would’ve respected it more from Cecil’s end if he used that device only if Mark had gone bad, and not just when he isn’t staying in line.
