3. I assume the hunch is a nod to Richard III/Shakespeare, as Michael has the same devious vibe, but I’ve never checked if that is actually the inspiration for it.

6. Lucifer and Michael are twins in the comics. And pre-Christian theology/mytholgy is far more relevant to this show than the bible.
