1. Cop Rock I never heard of it and I was an avid 80s and 90s tv show person

2. We will see their homes (some more than others) going forward but right now they are still in early stages of friendship, so it makes sense they’d mainly hang out on neutral ground.

   I always think this is an episode where the show is still finding it’s feet. It’s still very good, but stuck in Sitcom 101 territory – a long way off the real Community.

3. I think we saw introductory scenes for Jeff outside Greendale, but nothing since. A college campus is a likely a bit more extensive than a bar or an apartment or even a high school, so they could probably get away with not leaving the site longer than most shows.
