Does anyone know why Rick stopped reacting to Naruto?
Because he gets turned off by important characters dying only to comeback to life. He hates that formula which honestly it’s perfectly understandable.
That is true, but that isn’t why he stopped watching. He stopped watching, because he wasn’t interested in the show. Which looks like Ep 82 in Shippuden, around when Asuma died. So he kinda dropped it.
I thought it was because Rick took a hiatus from reacting due to his autism diagnosis and learning to be comfortable with his surroundings (wearing the glasses, headphones, etc. because sensory overload) and that he found it too daunting to catch up with the amount of episodes he missed. At least, that’s what I’m pretty sure he said on Twitter when someone asked him.
