1. Rick is giving misinformation. Zoro doesn’t hate pirates, he only ever hunted pirates to make money because they have bounties. Nami is the only one that outright hates pirates.

   Also wish they would discuss some of the differences of the live action and the anime.

   Yes Luffy can drink water and take showers or be in the rain. Its not explained in the show only vaguely hinted at but sbs info does tell us. It’s about the amount of water that covers the body. Just touching water doesn’t weaken devil fruit users instantly

2. Usopp’s name is a reference to Aesop and the Japanese word for lie.

3. Actually not all pirates in real life were terrible people. A lot of pirates were people that weren’t accepted by society at the time and they were generally just outcasts

   1. Well.. Pirates by definition robbed ships at sea at a minimum. So, it kind of depends on how you define “terrible people”. They were violent criminals, just some of them were a bit more honorable about it than others.
