1. also the cop detective guy at the end is all might’s cop friend from the main series who is one of the few early on that knows all might’s secret

2. eraser head cant turn off physical attributes but yes he can turn off physical quirks like super strength. most humans dont have super strength naturally like the nomu’s and shigaraki. but in most heteromorph cases like tail-man he can stop him from being able to use his tail or stopping the mechanism that moves the tail but not get rid of the tail. so in froppy’s case he could stop her tongue from stretching and having control over it and her ability to walk/stick to walls. knuckle duster isnt a heteromorph since his appearance is pretty normal so whatever quirk he would have would be turned off no matter how minor. point is knuckle is a tough old dude to the point eraser thought he had some kind of endurance quirk
