Right now I am trying to get the chatterbox achievement.

Is there a way to see available achievements?

Not that I know of but here is a list of the ones I know:

New Around Here
1 Year Account (and so on for each year)
Face Lift (change profile picture)
Choose a Hero (about us page)
Film Buff (choose your film reccomendations)
TV Buff (choose your tv reccomendations)
Mixtape (create playlist)

Chatterbox (make a comment)
Rostra (make a post)
Share A Like
Beginning (watch first reaction)
Finish Him (watch mortal combat reaction)

Budding Card Collector
Novice Card Collector (colleect 10 cards)
Collect Arran, Eric, Calvin, Rick (collect their set of cards)
Complete Collector
I also suspect that the first person to complete the card collection got a special one-off achievement but I haven’t come across it.

Where can I see how many awards I have?

Click the top right PROFILE button.
Click Your Profile from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down till you find a list of options: Activity, Profile, Membership and then at the end is Achievements.
Click that and they should be in there.
